About Project

Bildz is overseeing project management for this development on behalf of the main contractor, with an overall project value of approximately £8.2 million. The scope includes the demolition of two existing buildings, re-cladding of an existing structure, construction of a new production facility and development of a new warehouse and office space. The total area spans 98,700 square feet, with a project timeline of 20 months. Completion is scheduled for August 2025.
